Our voting machines were used illegally in the June 6 Primary and Special Election in 
the Busby/Bilbray race after SLEEPOVERS in the Registrar of Voters volunteers homes, 
garages and cars for days or weeks.  This took place throughout San Diego County , 
including in the bellwether House Race in our CA 50 between Francine Busby and 
Brian Bilbray.  Who won?   Its UNKNOWABLE!

Who won this FIRST election in the 2006
congressional races? 

How can we tell?  The voting machines spent days 
and weeks in cars, garages and homes-- unattended.   
What happened to them?  Some needed alarm clocks - 
didn't get to the polling places until 11:17 am.
