The
importance of Election Integrity in our balloting and counting process
today cannot be overemphasized. If you love democracy in America,
you
must pay attention, because there are those who are using our electronic
voting
system to steal elections and destroy both the election process
and democracy.
We
must return to paper ballots, hand-counted by citizens of all
parties
watching each other, with 2-5% auditing, so we can all have confidence
in
our elections again.
It's your country - be aware - be involved!

Election Lawsuit
The
CA 50 Action Committee has hired famed election attorney Paul Lehto to
bring suit, with the assistance of
local counsel, Ken Simpkins, against Mikel Haas and Brian Bilbray for an
Election Contest wherein it is alleged
that all votes cast in that Congressional District race between Bilbray
and Francine Busby were illegal votes.
The
suit asks for a hand count of the votes cast, because the machines used to
record and count the
votes were functionally decertified. Haas's failure to follow the
emergency security mitigation requirements
set forth by the Secretary of State's conditional certification for the
machines, by letting voting machines
leave his custody days and weeks before the election for
"sleepovers", rendered the Conditional Certification
for the machines nullified.
